Enables you to view a breakdown of the employee's history of cumulative year-to-date (YTD) hours on a year-by-year basis. The National Minimum Wage (NMW) calculation year applies only to salaried workers of all pay frequencies. Individual employees must be identified as salaried in Employee NMW Details or in Control Group NMW Details. This window is only displayed for UK legislation types.

To access this window, enter fast path HREMPALL and select the employee, then select Basic Pay Details > NMW Details > NMW Calc Yr Details in the navigation panel.

Paging Area

Calc Yr Start

Display only. The employee's NMW calculation year start.

Calc Yr End

Display only. The employee's NMW calculation year end.

Annual Working Hrs

Optional. The employee's annual working hours. This value is derived from the NMW calculation based on the employee's contract hours, or if the Annual Hours Override field is amended against the most recent year record in Employee NMW Details, then the new value is displayed here.

If you want to override this value, as you believe it is incorrect, enter the employee's correct annual working hours.

Hrs Below

Display only. The YTD number of hours the employee can work until they reach their annual working hours.

Hrs Above

Display only. The YTD number of hours the employee has worked over their annual working hours.

Excess Hrs

Display only. The hours the employee has worked up to the start date of the selected period which are more than the calculated annualised hours. This is based on the employee’s contract hours and any additional hours worked in this calculation year.

Select window to access NMW Contract Hour Changes and view any changes to the contract hours that were used in the calculation of the annual working hours (known as the annual threshold) for that year.
