Enables you to set the following parameters for producing the payslip.

General

Use Alternative Payment Date

Enter Y to use the payment date (UK) as the pay date on the employee's payslip or leave blank to use the regular pay date. These dates are specified in the Tax Period Set Calendar. If the payment date (UK) pay date is selected but is blank, the regular pay date is used instead.

Produce PDF output

Enter Y to use the PDF options and produce a PDF. Leave blank to use the TXT options and produce a TXT file.

Produce PDF format Emails

Enter Y to send PDF emails or leave blank to not send PDF emails.

Produce Individual PDFs

Enter Y to produce individual PDFs or leave blank to not produce individual PDFs.

Use Arial Font

Enter Y to use Arial font for improved legibility in printed payslips (not in PDF) or leave blank to use Courier font.
