Enables you to view a history of probation dates and reasons. You can also add new historical records, if required, although the Probation field in Employment Detail is unaffected if you do.

The date and time when the new probation date history record was created.

Probation Date

The probation date.

Reason Code

The reason for the probation date. The options are set up in the PRBRSN narrative category.

The following reasons are used for automatically generated history records:

• HRIF - for new starters and rejoiners imported via the HR Interface where a probation date is specified.
• PAYFRM - for service condition and / or position status changes made via the Pay Framework.
• POST - for new starters, rejoiners and post changes, and when probation dates are calculated by the bulk process.
• SERCON - for service condition and / or position status changes.
