Enables you to configure salary planning details against an employee's post holding to ensure the employee is included in the salary planning process.

Note: You must create the relevant salary groups before you can allocate employees to a salary group.

Salary Planning

Mark as Red Circled

Select this check box to indicate that the employee in this post is red circled, that is, they are not eligible to an increase in salary.

Note: This exemption only applies to this post holding, therefore, an employee could still be entitled to a salary increase in a different post holding.

Mark as a Salary Planner

Select this check box to indicate that the employee is also a salary planner, that is, they have access to the MyView Salary Planning module. A salary planner can plan salaries for all employees below them in the hierarchical structure, until another salary planner is reached.

Allocated Salary Group

Select the salary group from the drop-down list to which the employee in this post holding belongs.
