Scheme Letters and Email Messages
Enables you to specify an effective date and then maintain the auto enrolment standard letters and emails specific to this scheme for that date.
General
Effective Date
Enter the effective date of the standard letters and emails for this scheme, or select one from the drop-down list.
If the effective date does not exist, a prompt is displayed allowing you to create the new date. If you choose to create the new effective date, New Parameters is displayed where you can copy an existing set of parameters and amend the details.
Leave this field blank to use the standard letters and emails attached to the auto enrolment scheme parameters.
Buttons
Standard Letters
Click this button to display Pension Scheme Standard Letters, where you can specify standard letters specific to this scheme, which are automatically generated at various stages within the staging / auto enrolment processes. You can also indicate that a specific standard letter should not be sent for this scheme if required.
Email Messages
Click this button to display Pension Scheme Emails, where you can specify emails specific to this scheme, which are automatically sent at various stages within the staging / auto enrolment processes. Emails are sent to employees with the relevant standard letter attached instead of a standard letter being generated if email is the employee's preferred method of communication, as indicated in Maintain Email Address. You can also indicate that a specific email should not be sent for this scheme if required.
