Enables you to select which reports should be sent to the employee in email format. You can either generate email reports instead of printed reports or in addition to them.

Currently the following reports can be sent via email:

Email reports are generated when you use the print options for the specified reports.

Note: Before you can send email reports to an employee, their email address must have been specified in the email address window, which is accessed from the Personal Detail screen. If no email address has been specified, any settings in the Email Reports screen are ignored, and a printed copy is produced instead.

General

Employee

Display only. ID and description of the selected employee.

Report

Enter the code of the report to be sent via email or select one by clicking window to display Narrative Code Selection.

Report Description

Display only. Description of the report.

Email

Enter Y if the report is to be sent by email.

Only

Enter Y if the report is required only in email format – that is, if no printed copy is to be produced.
