Employee Service Conditions
Enables you to maintain details of the employee’s current service condition and view any past service conditions.
The lower section of the window is a paging list showing the history of service conditions that have been linked to the employee. Each service condition in the list has a start date. This is the date when it becomes effective. You can thus set up service conditions to become effective on a future date if required. The available service conditions are set up via the Service Condition Maintenance screen. The current service condition overrides any default service condition linked to the employee’s job.
Note: If you enter a new service condition, you must make sure an end date is entered for the existing service condition so they do not overlap.
General
Post
Display only. The employee’s post.
From
Display only. The date on which the employee started in the selected post.
To
Display only. The date on which the employee finished in the selected post.
Paging Area
Start Date
Enter the date on which the new service condition is due to commence.
End Date
Enter the date on which the new service condition is due to finish or leave blank if this is open-ended.
Service Condition
Enter a service condition or select one by clicking window to display Service Condition Selection.
Description
Display only. The description of the selected service condition.
Notes
Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
