Employee Work Patterns
This window enables you to specify a work pattern for individual employees to override the default work pattern. The alternative pattern can be set to apply at all times or for a specified period. You can also specify session times for the employee, which are used instead of the work pattern session times.
If you import employee absence data from Optimum, the work pattern details are updated against the T&A_WP work pattern and compared to the work pattern details currently held. If the work pattern details differ, the current work pattern details are ended on the Saturday prior to the week of the absence, and the new work pattern details start the following day, that is, on the Sunday of the week of the absence.
To access this window, enter fast path HREMPALL and select the employee, then select Current Post Holding in the navigation panel and window in to the Detail field. Select the Conditions tab and window in to the Wk Pattern field.
