Enables you to list all exceptions for a specified execution of the selected module.

To access this screen, enter fast path HR557S38.

General

Area

Enter the area of the system required or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the FNAREA narrative category.

Execution

Enter the number of the execution for which you want to view exceptions or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Select Execution Number.

Paging Area

Displays details of the exceptions for the selected area and execution. The details displayed differ depending on the area selected.

Buttons

Print Exceptions/Cancel Print

Click Print Exceptions to display Output Selection on Commit, where you can select the report output options and print a list of exceptions. Click Cancel Print to cancel the operation.

Clear Exceptions/Cancel Clear

Click Clear Exceptions to clear the exceptions list on Commit. Click Cancel Clear to cancel the operation.

Record Order / Employee Order

Click record order to sort the report in record order on Commit. Click employee order to sort the report in employee order.
