Age 55 Pension Increase Parameters

Enables you to maintain the parameters that are used in the Age 55 Pension Increase process.

Pay Advice Message

Enter the ID of the payslip message to display on the payslip for all pensioners who have had their pension increased by the Age 55 Pension Increase process, or select a payslip message from the drop-down list.

Note: You can include the \NEW\ and \OLD\ inserts in a payslip message for use in the Age 55 Increase process; these inserts are substituted with the new and old pension amounts when the message is displayed on a payslip.

'To' E-mail Address

Enter the To email address to which a notification email should be sent when the Age 55 Pension Increase process is run via the scheduler. A valid email address must exist in this field for an email to be sent.

'CC' E-mail Address

Enter the CC email address to which the notification email should also be sent when the Age 55 Pension Increase process is run via the scheduler.

Paging Area

Basic PE

Enter the ID of the pension pay element that should be processed, or select one by clicking window to display Pay Element Selection.

Incr PE

Enter the ID of the increase pay element that should be used to apply any calculated increases, or select one by clicking window to display Pay Element Selection.

Cost Code

Enter the ID of the cost centre to update against any increase pay elements, or select one by clicking window to display Cost Centre Selection.
