Enables you to set up and maintain messages you want printed on employees’ payslips. You can also specify the language in which the messages are printed on an employees’ payslips.

These payslips messages can then be allocated to control group structures via Pay Calculation Parameters, to individual employees via Employee Basic Pay Details and to pay elements via Pay Element Definition. You can specify the order in which messages are printed via Message Priority.

If there are several pay elements that have a payslip message attached to them, then the pay element with the lowest pay element code is selected. Non-standard payslips may have the facility to display multiple messages.

Enter the ID of the payslip message that you want to maintain, or select one from the drop-down list.

If the payslip message does not exist, a prompt is displayed allowing you to create the new message.

Note: You can include the \NEW\ and \OLD\ inserts in a payslip message for use in the Age 55 Increase process; these inserts are substituted with the new and old pension amounts when the message is displayed on a payslip.
