Enables you to set up which calculation result fields are used to provide DWP form information for automatically produced forms. DWP forms are generated automatically by the ‘benefits taken update’ provided DWP form codes have been set up against valid pension status movements.

Forms can also be produced manually using Member DWP CA Forms.

The actual form layouts and text are held on the system. As part of the process of generating them, key information is inserted into gaps in the form text. This is done using calculation result fields. Calculation result fields are in turn populated by running the various CSP calculations.

DWP Form Data

Enter calculation result field names against each of the fields in this part of the screen. These field names depend entirely on how your pension calculations (CSPs) have been set up and the field names allocated on your system.

See Member DWP CA Forms in the Member Administration section for details of the terminology of the individual fields shown on this screen.

Other Data

Deemed Date

When a retirement pension is calculated, the member’s final pensionable salary is used in the calculation. The definition of the final pensionable salary depends on the rules of the scheme. For example, it could be the average of the best three years salary in the last five years of service.

The deemed date is the day immediately after the period used for the calculation of pensionable salary. It may or may not be the day after the member retires, depending on the scheme definition of final pensionable salary.

Enter the calculation result field that provides the deemed date.
