Enter the date the transfer in of pension rights took place.

Transfer Amount

Enter the total transfer value received.

Transferring Scheme

Enter the name of the pension scheme from which the transfer of pension rights is being made.

Date Established

Enter the date when the scheme from which pension rights are being transferred was established.

Transfer Co.

Date Joined Transferring Company

Enter the date when the member joined the organisation from which the pension rights are being transferred.

Date Joined Transferring Scheme

Enter the date the member joined the pension scheme from which the pension rights are being transferred.

Date Left Transferring Scheme

Enter the date when the member left the pension scheme from which the pension rights are being transferred.
