Email Templates

Originator, Selected Employee / Applicant, Manager

Enter the notification email to be sent to each user when the specific event occurs, or select an email from the drop-down list. For example, a manager submits a sickness notification on behalf of the employee, the selected email is sent to the employee to notify them that their sickness has been submitted.

Calendar

These check boxes are only enabled for calendar events when a calendar email template has been specified in Maintain Event Types. Select this check box against any, or all of these recipients if a calendar entry should also be sent with the email.

Employee

Template

Enter the notification email to be sent to the employee when the specific event occurs, or select an email from the drop-down list.

To

Enter the ID of the employee to whom you want to send the email, if you specified an email in the adjacent Template field. Alternatively, you can select an employee by clicking window to display Employee Search.

Operator

Template

Enter the notification email to be sent to the operator when the specific event occurs, or select an email from the drop-down list.

To

Enter the ID of the operator to whom you want to send the email, if you specified an email in the adjacent Template field. Alternatively, you can select an operator by clicking window to display Operator Selection Screen.

User Group

Template

Enter the notification email to be sent to the user group when the specific event occurs, or select an email from the drop-down list.

To

Enter the ID of the user group to whom you want to send the email, if you specified an email in the adjacent Template field. Alternatively, you can select the user group by clicking window to display Select User Group.
