Enables you to maintain parameters specific to the Competency Framework review section in the Talent and Performance module.

Competency Parameters

Default Competency Role

Enter the ID of the system default competency role, or select one from the drop-down list. This role is used if a role is not assigned at post or job level.

Mid Year Label

Enter the field label that should be displayed for the Mid-Year Rating fields in Fixed Competency Rating, Free Format Competency Rating and MyView. This is prefixed with Mgr or Emp to distinguish between manager and employee ratings.

Enable

Select this check box if the Mid-Year Rating fields should be shown in MyView.

End Year Label

Enter the field label that should be displayed for the End-Year Rating fields in Fixed Competency Rating, Free Format Competency Rating and MyView. This is prefixed with Mgr or Emp to distinguish between manager and employee ratings.

Enable

Select this check box if the End-Year Rating fields should be shown in MyView.

Show Fixed Level to Emp

Select this check box if the Level field should be shown for Fixed level type competencies in MyView for employees.

Employee Self Assess

Select this check box if the employee Rating fields should be shown in MyView.

Show Course Events

Select this check box if the View Course Events button should be displayed in the MyView Select Training Course window. When this button is displayed, managers can view course events for training courses that match their search criteria and book an employee on to a course event if required. The Select Training Course window is displayed in MyView when viewing recommended training for a competency.

Hide Gap to Role

Select this check box if the Gap To Role fields, including the Recommended Training button, should be hidden from display in MyView.
