Level

The competency level that the employee is being assessed against. This is the expected competency level associated with the role, although you can change it if you are assessing them against a different competency level by selecting a different level from the drop-down list.

Mgr Mid Year Rating

Enter the mid-year rating given by the manager for this competency, or select one from the drop-down list. The options available are those ratings set up in the scale associated with the competency grid.

Mgr End Year Rating

Enter the end-of-year rating given by the manager for this competency, or select one from the drop-down list. The options available are those ratings set up in the scale associated with the competency grid.

Mgr Comments

Emp Mid Year Rating

Recommended Training

Click window to display Recommended Training Course Selection, where you can select a training course from the recommended training courses for this competency

Upon selecting a course, Course Event Selection is displayed, where you can select a scheduled course event (if available) to book the employee on, create a training requirement against the employee for the course if no suitable course events exist or add the competency to the employee's development plan. Competencies are also added to the employee's development plan if a course event is booked or a training requirement is created.
