Displays the course events available for the selected course, including dates, venue and room. You can view the additional venue, room and tutor defaults by clicking WINDOW in the View Defaults field to display Course Additional Defaults.

Select the required course event which is then displayed in the field from which you clicked the window button.

Note: If this window is accessed from Aspirational Career Plan and the employee has multiple open reviews, Review Selection is displayed when you exit this window, where you can select which review's development plan should be updated with the development need corresponding to the career aspiration.

Non-Scheduled

This button is only available if this window is accessed from Maintain Development Plan, Fixed Competency Rating, Free Format Competency Rating or Aspirational Career Plan. Click this button to create a training requirement against the employee for this course if no suitable course events exist.

Add to Dev Plan

This button is only available if this window is accessed from Fixed Competency Rating, Free Format Competency Rating or Aspirational Career Plan. Click this button to add the competency / career aspiration to the employee's development plan.
