Enables you to specify manager access rights to various components in MyView for this security profile. The options in this window are only relevant if you are using MyView without the dashboard.

To access this window, enter fast path HRPROFILE, enter the Profile ID and select MyView and then Manager Access in the navigation panel.

Profile

Displays the name of the currently selected profile for which the security access permissions will apply.

Directory Access

Disable Directory Access

This option is only relevant if you are using MyView without the dashboard. Select this check box to suppress the Employee Directory available within the Manager module, that is nothing is displayed when you click on an employee’s name in the tree-view.

Manager Modules

This option is only relevant if you are using MyView without the dashboard. Click this button to display Manager Modules where you can specify which modules can be accessed by managers with this security profile and specify access to related module components.

Manager Groups

This option is only relevant if you are using MyView without the dashboard. Click this button to display Manager Groups where you can specify which process groups and associated processes can be accessed by managers with this security profile.

PE Filter

Click this button to display Pay Element Access, where you can specify pay element categories associated with the security profile. These categories are used to control the pay elements displayed in MyTeam and SLC processes, and the Transfers module.

Manager Reports

Click this button to display Manager Reports where you can specify which manager reports can be accessed by managers with this security profile.
