Enables you to define various miscellaneous system parameters used in MyView.

Save and Submit

Save Label

Enter the text that should be displayed for the Save button throughout MyView. This defaults to Save.

Submit Label

Enter the text that should be displayed for the Submit button throughout MyView. This defaults to Submit.

Note: The MyView server must be restarted for these label changes to take effect.

Pay Element Category

Salary Planning

Enter the ID of the salary planning pay element category, or select one from the drop-down list. The pay elements available for selection in Salary Group Maintenance Screen are then limited to the pay elements available in this pay element category.

Manager Report Absence Types

Note: The following fields only apply to Leave Management.

Holiday Type

Enter the ID of the leave management absence type that you want to associate with holiday type absences, or select one from the drop-down list. This absence type is then used to report holiday details in the Leave Management Absence Summary report in the Manager Reports module.

Sickness Type

Enter the ID of the leave management absence type that you want to associate with sickness type absences, or select one from the drop-down list. This absence type is then used to report sickness details in the Leave Management Absence Summary report in the Manager Reports module.

Personal Health Details

Disability Access

Enter N if the Disability fields in the MyTeam Personal Details form can be accessed for all employees or Y if these fields can only be accessed for HESA returnable employees. If this field is set to Y, the Update Post Indicators from Grade task (or equivalent scheduled task) should be run regularly to ensure all HESA returnable employees can be identified.
