Generate Benefit Statement

Select this check box to enable benefit statements to be created in MyView. When this check box is selected, a Pensions Schemes section is displayed on the main Pensions module page. This section lists the pension schemes to which the employee belongs, and allows them to create benefit statements and view pension scheme details (provided the following check box is also selected).

Enable Pension Scheme Info

Select this check box to allow employees to view pension scheme details. If enabled, the pension scheme details are available by clicking the "View Details" link against the required pension scheme in the Pensions Schemes section.

Doc Storage Category

Enter the ID of the narrative code that should be used to categorise benefit statements when they are generated in MyView (as standard letters), or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the narrative category specified in Doc Storage Categories. Benefit statements generated in MyView are automatically uploaded into Doc Storage and are displayed in this category's section, with a heading that corresponds to the narrative code’s long description.

Maintain Items

Click this button to display Pension Item Parameters, where you can configure display details for the Maintain Nominees and View Benefit Statements items, including whether the item is hidden, the order in which they are displayed and the link text displayed for the item.
