Doc Storage Categories
Enables you to attach a narrative category to Doc Storage. This allows you to categorise documents when you upload them by selecting a code from the attached narrative category. Uploaded documents are then displayed in the section appropriate to their categorisation, with a heading that corresponds to the narrative code’s long description.
To access this window, enter fast path HR97S8 and select User Control > Web Applications > Doc Storage > Categories.
Doc Storage Categories
Doc Storage
Enter the ID of the narrative category that you want to attach to Doc Storage, or select one by clicking window to display Narrative Category Selection. The codes in this narrative category are then used for categorising documents in Doc Storage.
Standard Letters
Enter the ID of the narrative code that should be used to categorise standard letters when they are uploaded, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the narrative category specified in the Doc Storage field.
Anonymous Peer Reviews
Enter the ID of the narrative code that should be used to categorise anonymous feedback reports for completed peer review periods when they are uploaded, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the narrative category specified in the Doc Storage field.
Button
Auto-Deletion
This button is only enabled when the Enable document auto-deletion check box in Doc Storage Parameters is selected. Click this button to display Document Category Auto-Deletion, where you can define retention periods against individual Doc Storage categories if they differ to the default retention period.
