Security Profile Directory Tab Configuration
Enables you to specify the tabs and corresponding fields that are displayed in Team Selector within the Manager module. This configuration will override any configuration defined in Directory Tab Maintenance, allowing you to tailor the MyTeam detail displayed for a specific security profile. This allows you to control which managers can view employee details of a sensitive nature higher up a post-to-post hierarchy.
Note: You should run the cost centre extract in Employee Post Cost Centres for employee post holdings to update the historic cost centre details available on the Post History tab in Team Selector within the Manager module.
Paging Area
Label
The name of the tab as it appears online, which can be amended if required.
myTEAM
Select this check box to make the selected tab available in Team Selector within the Manager module.
Level
Enter a number to determine, for each Directory tab, which employees’ records can be viewed by a manager based on the number of levels down the post-to-post hierarchy they can access. This allows you to control whether a manager can view the details configured on this Employee Directory tab, which could potentially contain sensitive data.
This field can be left blank to allow full access to all employees in the post-to-post structure for which the manager has access to. Alternatively, you can enter a value between 1 and 99 to determine how many levels of the hierarchy can be accessed.
Fields
Click WINDOW to display Directory Tab Fields Configuration, where you can maintain which fields are displayed on the selected tab.
Additional
Click the Expand button to display the default name of the tab, which can be amended in the Label field.
