Prompts

All references to 'Tasks' are dynamic throughout the system, which enables their terminology to be customised.

For example, if you want to refer to ‘Tasks’ as ‘Processes’, these fields can be set to ‘Process’, ‘Processes’ and ‘Business Process’ respectively. These values are then used throughout the system instead of ‘Task’ in all screen prompts, messages and titles.

Task

Enter the name you want to use to refer to a task in singular form.

Tasks

Enter the name you want to use to refer to a task in plural form.

Task Title

Enter the name you want to use to refer to a task in full title form.

Add Prompt

Enter the prompt text that should be displayed when an item ID is entered that does not exist. This allows you to add new items.

You can use the following variables in the prompt text if required:

Report Prompt

Enter the text that should be displayed in the 'Report Complete' alert, which is displayed after various reports are produced. If this is blank, the default 'Process Complete' text is displayed.

Extract Prompt

Enter the text that should be displayed in the 'Extract Complete' alert, which is displayed after various extracts are created. If this is blank, the default 'Process Complete' text is displayed.

Default Tasks

The following fields include the standard tasks by default, but you can enter customer specific tasks if you do not use the standard tasks.

Operator Diary

Enter the ID of the task to launch when using the operator diary within the Desktop theme, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.

Pay Element Authorisation

Enter the ID of the task to launch for pay element authorisation within the Desktop theme, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.

Web Authorisation

Enter the ID of the task to launch for web authorisation within the Desktop theme, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.

Course Events

Enter the ID of the task to launch when a course event is double-clicked in Course Event Search Results, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.

Create Case

Enter the ID of the task to launch to create a case from the Cases component in the Web View module, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.

Edit Case

Enter the ID of the task to launch to maintain an open case from the Cases component in the Web View module, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.

View Case

Enter the ID of the task to launch to view a closed case from the Cases component in the Web View module, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task.
