The Cases component lists all open and closed cases.

The tasks are auto-refreshed on a regular basis; however, you can manually refresh the list of tasks by clicking the REFRESH button.

Creating a new case

Click the new button to display Create Case Screen , where you can create a new case for an employee.

Updating case details

Click the case number of an open case (that is currently assigned to your operator) to display Maintain Case, where you can update case details to indicate how you have progressed the case and move the case to the next recipient.

Viewing case details

Click the case number of a closed case to display View Case, where you can view further details about the case.

Configuring the display of closed cases

Click and enter how many days worth of closed cases you want to display. Click the save button to update the closed cases shown.
