Enables you to specify the standard letters that are to be generated when a user clicks COMMIT to exit the currently selected task.

Note: Any letters attached to a task will be available regardless of the setting of the "Available" check box on the Maintain Letter Details screen.

Options

Operator Letter Options on Task Exit

Select this check box to display Standard Letters Attached to the Task on commit if there any standard letters attached to the task. This enables you to amend the action taken against each letter individually.

General

Letter

Enter the ID of the standard letter that you want to attach to the task, or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Standard Letter Selection.

Ver

The version of the standard letter.

Description

Display only. The description of the selected standard letter.

Let Opts

Enter the ID of the required output option for this standard letter, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the STDLOS narrative category.

Copies

Enter the number of copies of this standard letter that are required. This value is used in conjunction with the previous field, for example, if you have selected QUEUE, the number of copies specified are requested.
