Enables you to configure access to the constituent columns of the selected object.

Field

Display only. The name of the column. If the operator has been given access to all columns in Object Access, <All Columns> is displayed instead which cannot be changed.

Access

Enter Y if an operator can access the selected column, or leave blank if they cannot.

Buttons

Select All

Click this button to provide the operator with access to all the listed columns. This updates the Access field for all the listed columns to Y.

Select None

Click this button to remove access to all listed columns. This clears the entry from the Access field for all columns.
