Enables you to configure access to Query Tool objects for this security profile, where:

• Y is displayed in both the All and Any fields if the profile is able to access the object and all constituent columns.
• Y is displayed in the Any field if profile access restrictions apply to the object’s constituent columns.

Note: When a user is granted access to use any objects in the Query Tool, instead of only being granted access to the details of a few employees, they are granted access to view all employees. This is because objects within the Query Tool do not consider security level settings.

Enter Y if an operator can access all constituent columns for the object, or leave blank if you want to provide access to individual columns using Field Access. If you enter Y, this includes any new columns that may be added to this object in the future.
