Enables you to cascade the objective to other employees in the manager's team.

Cascade Objectives

Title

The title of the objective, which you can amend before it is cascaded. Amendments to this title only apply to the cascaded objective.

Cascade to Level

Enter the level in the hierarchy to which you want to cascade this objective.

Selected Level

Select this check box if the objective should only be cascaded to the level specified in the previous field. Leave blank to cascade the objective to all levels up to and including the level specified in the previous field.

Cascade

Click this button to add the objective to all employee reviews that correspond to the level(s) selected. Output Selection is displayed if the objective cannot be successfully cascaded to all relevant employees, where you can select the report output options and print the Exceptions report.
