Enables you to create review records for selected employees.

To access this window, enter fast path HR204S07.

Review Parameters

Review Start Date

Enter the start date of the review period.

Enable Staging

This check box is only enabled if a stage definition exists that is current as of the review start date. Select this check box to use a staged approach for the review.

Staging ID

This field is only enabled if the Enable Staging check box is selected. Enter the Staging ID of the staging type to use or select one from the drop-down list.

Review End Date

Enter the end date of the review period.

Allow Self-Assessment

Select this check box if the employee can perform a self-assessment against the review in addition to the manager's assessment.

Review Defaults

Apply All Behaviours?

Select this check box to include all behaviours in the review that are current during the review period.

Apply Post Behaviours

Select this check box to include only post based behaviours in the review that are current during the review period.

Apply All Objectives?

Select this check box to include all objectives in the review that are current during the review period.

Apply Post Objectives?

Select this check box to include only post based objectives in the review that are current during the review period.

Apply Competencies?

Select this check box to include all competencies in the review that are current during the review period.

Apply Standards

Click window to display Select Review Standards, where you can specify which standards are included in the review.

Notifications

Employee Email Template

Enter the ID of the email that you want to send to the employee when the review has been created, or select one from the drop-down list.

Manager Email Template

Enter the ID of the email that you want to send to the employee's manager when the review has been created, or select one from the drop-down list.

Click COMMIT to create a separate review for each of the employee’s current post holdings based on the options selected. Review Stage Date Prompt is displayed if you have enabled staging for this review, where you can view the default expiry dates by which each stage should be completed and amend them if required.

A report is generated detailing the review records that were created. These reports are viewable via View Historic Reports.
