FBI Transfer

Test File?

Select this check box to produce a test version of the extract. The test version is identical to the live version of the extract except that a test indicator is included.

Resubmit

Enter the transaction ID, or select a transaction ID from the drop-down list, to resubmit a previously attempted transaction.

Produce csv?

Select this check box to create two comma-separated values (CSV) files containing the contents of the selected FPS extract. One CSV file will contain all payroll information except car and fuel details, and the second will contain car and fuel details only. If there are no car details in the selected Real Time Information (RTI) FPS Run Number, then a blank CSV will be produced with only the header row completed. The separation of the data into two CSV files does not impact the data that is sent to HMRC.

Enter FPS CSV Filename is displayed if you have chosen to create a CSV file, where you can specify the name of the CSV file; Output Selection is then displayed, where you can select the report output options and print the FPS exception report.
