Enables you to specify the part-pay calculation methods to use for new starters and leavers in this control group. If either of these fields are blank, the method specified in the Part-Pay Calc field in Maintain Pay Calculation Detail is used for this control group.

Note: You can also specify part-payment calculation methods in Service Condition Maintenance for employees who share the same service conditions. A part-payment method linked to a service condition always takes priority over any specified against the control group.

To access this window, enter fast path HRPAYGRP and select the control group, then select Pay Calculate Params > Starters/Leavers in the navigation panel.

Enter the part-pay calculation method to use for calculating pay for new starters in this control group, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the PRORAT narrative category.

Leaver

Enter the part-pay calculation method to use for calculating pay for leavers in this control group, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the PRORAT narrative category.
