There are three locations where a web related email is automatically sent by the system:

• Bulk Update Of Passwords - notification email of a change of password.
• Web Recruitment - reminder email of forgotten password.
• Web Framework - reminder email of forgotten password.

To ensure the emails are sent with relevant details, email templates must be set up with the correct variables for each type.

Bulk Update of Passwords

The email template created must include the following details:

• Type - R - ResourceLink.
• Dictionary - E - Employee.
• Variables - Include the PERS_PIN_NUMBER variable from the PERSON folder.

Web Recruitment

The email template created must include the following details:

• Type - W - Web Portal.
• Dictionary - W - Web Objects.
• Variables - Include the PASSWORD variable from the RECRUITMENT folder.

MyView

The email template created must include the following details:

• Type - W - Web Portal.
• Dictionary - W - Web Objects.
• Variables - Include the PIN variable from the PERSONAL DETAILS folder.
