Web Recruitment
Enables you to define recruitment related system parameters used in Web Recruitment.
Parameters
Enable Web Recruitment
Display only. Indicates if Web Recruitment is in use. This check box is automatically selected if a correct licence key is installed. If this check box is deselected, the following system parameters are disabled:
Note: The Recruitment Region field in Maintain Location Detail is mandatory when the Enable Web Recruitment check box is selected.
Server URL
Click window to display WR Web Server URLs where you can maintain the Web Recruitment server URLs.
Enhanced Cut&Paste
Select this check box to enable the enhanced Cut and Paste Editor in Web Recruitment and Agency Access.
Latest Vacancy Count
Enter the number of latest vacancies (between 1 and 50) to display on the Web Recruitment homepage.
Buttons
Search Criteria
Click this button to display Search Criteria, where you can specify which search criteria are available in Web Recruitment and Agency Access when searching for vacancies.
Static Information
Click this button to display Web Recruitment Static Information, where you can configure static information displayed in Web Recruitment and Agency Access.
Vacancy Details
Click this button to display Vacancy Details Configuration, where you can configure the fields that can be displayed for a vacancy on the Vacancy Details page in Web Recruitment and Agency Access.
Job Alerts
Click this button to display Job Alerts Criteria, where you can switch on and configure the Job Alerts functionality.
Web Recruitment
Click this button to display Web Recruitment Parameters, where you can maintain parameters that only apply to Web Recruitment.
Job Boards
Job Boards must be licensed in order that you can access this window. Click this button to display Job Boards, where you can maintain job board parameters.
Agency
Agency Access must be licensed in order that you can access this window. Click this button to display Agency Access Parameters, where you can maintain Agency Access parameters.
After you set the parameters and EXIT from this window, you are asked if want to export the information to the Web Recruitment database. If you click YES, the following information is exported:
- All the Web Recruitment parameters defined in system control, along with any associated objects. For example, if a vacancy is specified in a system parameter, the vacancy is exported with all the associated vacancy details such as attached application forms, employment benefits etc.
- Security questions defined in Security Questions.
Internal
Click this button to display Internal Recruitment Parameters, where you can define parameters specific to Internal Recruitment.
