Web Recruitment Parameters
Enables you to maintain Web Recruitment parameters.
URLs
Branding Pack
Enter the URL of the branding pack that you want to use to brand Web Recruitment - this is case sensitive and can be entered as a server relative path, for example, /branding/ or as an absolute path, for example, http://machine.domain.com/branding. Leave this field blank if you want to keep the default Web Recruitment branding.
Note: If the branding pack cannot be located, Web Recruitment is not displayed correctly.
Vacancies
Speculative
Enter the ID of the default speculative vacancy to use in Web Recruitment, or select one by clicking window to display Vacancy Selection Choice. If a speculative vacancy is not specified, an applicant cannot make a speculative application on the Web Recruitment website.
Active Status
Enter the ID of the default active status to use, or select one from the drop-down list.
Forms
User Profile
Enter the ID of the form to use as the default User Profile Form, or select one from the drop-down list. You cannot select a form that contains the APPREFREE type group.
General
Submit Applications
Select this check box to prevent saved applications being submitted after the application closing date in Web Recruitment. When this check box is blank, saved applications can be submitted after the closing date.
Enable Interview Scheduling
Select this check box to enable applicants to book interviews online using Web Recruitment.
Saved Not Submitted
Select this check box to display a warning message to applicants if they sign out of Web Recruitment with a saved but not submitted application.
Enable LinkedIn
Select this check box to allow applicants in Web Recruitment to be able to enter a LinkedIn profile link to their application in the basic details section of the registration form. Users may also edit their LinkedIn profile link via the Edit User Profile screen in Web Recruitment.
Default Status
Application Withdrawn
Enter the ID of the status that should be applied to applications in ResourceLink when the application has been withdrawn from Web Recruitment, or select one from the drop-down list. An update can be run via the Update Withdrawn Applications task that applies this status to all applications that have been withdrawn from Web Recruitment.
Buttons
App Matching
Click this button to display Applicant Matching, where you can configure applicant matching parameters that are used during the applicant approval process.
Security
Click this button to display ResourceLink Security Properties, where you can maintain security parameters in Web Recruitment, including the password format to enhance security.
Attachments
Doc Storage must be licensed in order that you can access this window. Click this button to display Recruitment Attachments, where you can specify file attachment limits and document categorisations applicable when attaching files and images in Web Recruitment.
Click this button to display Email Parameters, where you can define email parameters, such as the email templates to use.
Display
Click this button to display Web Recruitment Display Dates, where you can control the display of dates in the Vacancy Search screens of Web Recruitment.
App Search Filter
Click this button to display Applicant Search Filter, where you can control the options for the Applicant Search filters in Web Recruitment.
