Recruitment Attachments
Enables you to specify file attachment limits and document categorisations applicable when attaching files and images in Web Recruitment.
Note: Doc Storage must be licensed in order that you can access this window. Doc Storage must also be configured prior to uploading documents.
The Document Categories section enables you to specify a Doc Storage category for different types of recruitment attachments and images. Recruitment attachments in Doc Storage are then displayed in the section appropriate to their categorisation, with a heading that corresponds to the narrative code’s long description. Images are displayed on the Web Recruitment page indicated by the categorisation.
Images must be uploaded into Doc Storage via Web Portal Doc Storage if they are intended for the homepage or for all vacancies in Web Recruitment. For specific vacancies, images must be uploaded into Doc Storage against the required vacancy via Vacancy Details and the vacancy must be re-exported.
