Pop-Up Fields
Enables you to create and update pop-up fields, which allows you to insert variable information that is not held in standard ResourceLink fields into standard letters and emails.
Examples of the use of pop-up fields for information that would not normally be held on ResourceLink:
- Typists’ names in a standard letter reference. The responsible typist can enter their own name when requesting the letter.
- Car park space allocated to a recruit attending an interview at your organisation.
The pop-up fields you create are displayed in the Pop-Up Fields folder in Standard Letters Insert Selection where you can insert them in a letter, or Selected Insert Details where you can insert them in an email template.
Selection
Dictionary
Enter the ID of the dictionary for which you want to maintain pop-up fields, or select a dictionary from the drop-down list. The options available are set up in narrative HUMOBJ.
Paging Area
Field Name
Display only. The name of the pop-up field.
