Succession Plan Employees
Enables you to enter details of employees against the plan for the current post.
Paging Area
Employee
Enter the ID of the employee, or select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.
On Date
Enter the date that the employee was attached to the succession plan.
Status
Enter the code for the current status of the employee with regard to suitability for the post, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the SUCCST narrative category.
Ready Date
Enter the date from which the employee is ready to succeed to the new post.
Off Date
Enter the date that the employee was removed from the succession plan, if applicable. If the employee leaves your employment, and their records are terminated, this field is automatically completed by the system.
Off Reason
Enter the reason why the employee was removed from the succession plan, if applicable, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the OFFRSNnarrative category. If the employee leaves your employment, and their records are terminated, this field is automatically completed by the system.
Notes
Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
Attain
Click WINDOW to display the attainment matching details for this employee. You are prompted to copy the defaults from a given succession number.
Enter Y to use the existing list of attainment defaults. The Attainment Matching Display window is displayed. In this window you can view the employee’s actual attainments compared to the target attainments specified for the succession plan which indicates the employee’s progress towards the attainments specified for the post linked to the plan. Click expand to display the employee’s name and the long descriptions of the Status and Off Reason fields.
