Enables you to maintain address details.

To access this window, enter fast path HREMPALL and select the employee, then select Personal Dets > Home Address in the navigation panel. Alternatively, enter fast path HR46S1. Select the Third-Party and then select Address in the navigation panel.

Address

Country

Enter the code of the country for which you are entering address details, or select one by clicking window to display Address Country Selection.

Note: The address fields displayed are determined by the country for which you are entering address details, and vary according to the parameters specified in Maintain Country Address Parameters.

Address

Enter the address details in the specified fields. Ensure that you type each line of the address on a separate line. Alternatively, you can enter partial address details and click Auto Complete to search for corresponding addresses.

Note: An address line may have a selection window, which can be accessed by clicking window to display Address Selection. This is available if validation information has been provided; otherwise all fields are free text fields.

Buttons

Clear

Click this button to clear any address details previously entered.

View Postal

Click this button to display Postal Address Details, where you can view the address in postal address format, as specified by the parameters set in Maintain Country Address Parameters.

Address History

Click this button to display Employee Address History Details, where you can view a history of employee home address changes.

Auto Complete

This button is only available if QASQuick Address is 3rd party software which must be purchased separately, or is loaded and in use. Click this button to search for address details that match the partial address details entered. If there is more than one matching address, a Multiple Matches Found window is displayed, so you can select the required address.

Auto Search RL

This button is only available if validation information has been uploaded via Load Postcode Address Lookup Details. Click this button to display Address Selection, where you can look up a postcode and retrieve the associated address details.
