Multiple Manager Access
Enables you to specify multiple managers against the vacancy. All managers specified against a vacancy can create new vacancies, headcounts and jobs offers if they have SAVSUB or SUBMIT access defined against their security profile; they can view all application details and vacancy documents if their security profile gives them access to Doc Storage; they can change the associated status in the Manager Recruitment module depending on how the status has been set up in Status Set Maintenance.
Feedback Forms
Note: These check boxes are only enabled when the View All Feedback Content check box in Manager Recruitment Parameters is selected.
Disable Multi Manager Access Content
Select this check box to prevent multiple managers viewing each others feedback forms for this vacancy.
List
Select this check box to prevent multiple managers viewing a list of managers who have provided feedback for this vacancy.
Paging Area
Employee Number
Enter the employee number of the manager who can access this vacancy, or select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.
Name
Display only. The full name of the selected manager.
Primary
Select this check box if this is the Primary manager for the vacancy. You must make one of the managers the Primary manager (this is the manager responsible for the vacancy).
Leave Date
Display only. The manager's end date if applicable.
Known As
Display only. The manager's known as name.
