Training Status Set

Enables you to maintain the status codes within a Training Status Set.

Paging Area

Code

Enter the code of the status code that you want to include in this status set, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the STATCD narrative category.

Priority

Enter a number from 1 to 999 to indicate the priority of this status code. The first step in the training process should be assigned the lowest priority. Steps following sequentially should be given correspondingly higher priorities according to their position in the training process, with the final step having the highest priority number.

Default

Enter Y if this status is to be the default for web applications. There can only be one default at any one time.

Result

Enter the default result value for this training status or select one from the drop-down list. Click here for a list of valid result values, and the corresponding outcome of each result value.

When this training status is assigned to an attendee, the Main/Reserve/Cancel and Result fields in Course Attendees and the Result field in Training Details are automatically updated according to the result value specified for the new training status.

Manager Documents

External Documents

Final

Enter Y if this status is a final status in the status set. When this status is reached, the training process is then complete.
