Succession Plan Employees
Enables you to enter employees onto a succession plan for filling a particular post. You can enter an employee on more than one succession plan if required.
General
Associated Post
Display only. The ID and description of the associated post.
Paging Area
Employee
Enter the ID of the employee, or select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.
On Date
Enter the date that the employee was attached to the succession plan.
Status
Enter the code for the current status of the employee with regard to suitability for the post, or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Narrative Category Search. The options are set up in the SUCCST narrative category.
Ready Date
Enter the date that the employee will be ready to succeed to the new post.
Reason
Enter the reason why the employee was removed from the succession plan, if applicable, or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Narrative Category Search. The options are set up in the OFFRSN narrative category.
Notes
Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
