Each letter represents a day of the week starting from Sunday through to Saturday. The defaulted values come from the Payroll Control Group to which this employee is attached, and can be overridden as necessary.
Under each day, enter Y if an employee is entitled to UK Statutory Sick Pay if they are sick on this day of the week, or enter N if they are not.
The details entered in this field are used as the default UK SSP qualifying days in SSP/OSP Qualifying Days when entering a sickness, and are used in the UK SSP calculation for the PIW.
