Enables you to attach additional fields to an absence type, which are then available in Post Absence General Details when entering absence details and define absence sub-types if applicable.

For RECORD entitlement types, you can cross-charge absences in the MyView Time Management module. If you require the ability to cross-charge an absence, you should select a narrative category for the reason which contains narrative codes where the additional details field is set to CROSSCHG. You can then select a cost centre when entering an absence provided you select a reason code that has CROSSCHG entered in the narrative code’s additional details field.

To access this window, enter fast path HR195S1 and select Abs Entry Fields in the navigation panel.
