Enables you to select which requested CA forms should be included in the interface file and then create the interface file.

Interface Parameters

Form Selection

Click window to display CA Form Selection, where you can select which requested CA forms should be included in the interface file.

Total Forms

Display only. The number of forms selected in the above field.

Paper Reply Req?

Enter Y if you want a paper reply from HMRC, or leave blank if you want an interface file returned. If you enter Y, you will not get an interface file as well.

Interface File

Enter the filename of the interface file that you want to create.

Export Directory

Enter the path of the directory where you want the interface file created, or browse for the location by clicking window to display a standard file selection window. This defaults to the Export Directory specified in GMP Interface Parameters.

Click CONTINUE to create the interface file. Once you have created the interface file, you must zip the file and then send the zipped file to HMRC.

Note: WinZip® 9 or above must be used to zip interface files prior to sending them to HMRC.
