Action Details
Enables you to specify further details about the action that should be performed. An action can be classified as a system, module or process group action, and as such you can only complete one section of this window.
To access this window, enter fast path HRPROFILE and select the Profile Id. Select MyView and then Dashboard from the navigation panel and then select Employee Actions or Manager Actions. Window in to the Details field for the relevant action.
System
Area
Enter the ID of the system type action that should be performed, or select one from the drop-down list.
Note: Once an area has been selected, the fields in this section that are not relevant to that area will be hidden.
Action
This field is only enabled when an Optimum or SAML system action is selected. Enter the ID of the required Optimum page or SAML URL that should be launched from the dashboard, or select one from the drop-down list.
URL
This field is only enabled when the URL system action is selected. Enter the external URL that is linked from this action in the navigation panel.
Form History
This field is only active when the Form History Area ID is selected. Either select All to include all web based event types in the action, or select Partial and click window to display Dashboard Event Type Selection to select which events will be included.
Module
Module
Enter the ID of the module that should be launched, or select one from the drop-down list.
Note: Once a module has been selected, the fields in this section that are not relevant to that module will be hidden. Further fields may be hidden depending on which action is specified.
Action
Enter the ID of the required action for this module, or select one from the drop-down list. This can be to launch the module itself or a specific form within the module if applicable.
View
This field is only enabled for the Documents module. Enter the ID of the required view, or select one from the drop-down list.
Access
This field is only enabled for the Time Management module. Enter the Access level for the module chosen from Employee or Manager.
eForm
This field is only enabled for the eForms module when an action of QUESTNEW (eForm) has been selected. Enter the ID of the eForm that you want to launch from this action in the navigation panel, or select one by clicking window to display Select eForm.
Version
The version of the eForm selected. Select the version of the eForm required from the drop-down list.
MyForm
This field is only enabled for the MyForms module when an action of Myformnew has been selected. Enter the ID of the MyForm that you want to launch from this action in the navigation panel, or select one by clicking window to display Select MyForm.
Category
This field is only enabled for the MyForms module when an action of Myformcat has been selected. Enter the ID of the MyForms Category that you want to launch from this action in the navigation panel, or select one by clicking window.
Process Group
Group
Enter the ID of the required process group, or select one from the drop-down list.
Process
Enter the ID of the process that should be launched, or select one from the drop-down list. Only processes within the selected group are valid.
Access
Select the type of access required for this process group / process from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the SECACC narrative category.
