Course Defaults

Type

Enter the ID of the default e-Learning course type, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGCRS narrative category.

Attendance

Enter the ID of the default attendance type for e-Learning courses, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGatt narrative category.

Status Set

Enter the ID of the default status set used for e-Learning courses, or select one by clicking window to display Status Set Selection.

Supplier

Enter the ID of the provider of e-Learning courses, or select one by clicking window to display Supplier Selection.

Status Codes

Initial

Enter the default status for new e-Learning training requirements, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the selected status set.

Completed

Enter the default status for completed e-Learning courses, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the selected status set.

Failed

Enter the default status for failed e-Learning courses, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the selected status set.

Passed

Enter the default status for passed e-Learning courses, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the selected status set.

Source Codes

Operator

Enter the source code that should be used for e-Learning courses that are entered by an operator, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGELS narrative category.

Post

Enter the source code that should be used for e-Learning courses that are copied from the employee's post, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGELS narrative category.

Bulk

Enter the source code that should be used for e-Learning courses that are added in bulk, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGELS narrative category.

External

Enter the source code that should be used for e-Learning courses that are imported from an external e-Learning provider, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGELS narrative category.

Talent

Enter the source code that should be used for e-Learning courses that are entered as a development need in the employee's Talent and Performance review, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGELS narrative category.

Other

Pre-Joiner Access

Select this check box to allow new starters to access e-Learning courses prior to their start date. You can enter the date from which they can access e-Learning courses in Employment Detail.

Auto-Copy?

Select this check box to automatically copy post level e-Learning courses to an employee when a post is added to the employee via Employee Current Post Detail.

Dev Need Source

Select the development need source that should be used for e-Learning courses in an employee's Talent and Performance development plan, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the DPIDTH narrative category.

Course Task

Enter the ID of the task you use to maintain course details, or select one by clicking window to display Select Task. The standard task is HRCOURSE; if you do not use the standard task, you should enter your customer specific task. All other course related tasks are inaccessible for e-Learning type courses.
