Enables you to define system parameters used in the MyView Dashboard and Team Selector.

To access the window, enter fast path HR97S8 and select User Control > Web Applications > MyView > Dashboard.

ID Panel

Enable Photo

Select this check box to display employee photos in the Me / My People tabs and in the Team Selector.

Servers

Server URLs

Click Window to open Dashboard Web Server URLs, where you can maintain the URLs for the MyView Dashboard deployment and branding.

General Settings

Show Authorisation Progress

Select this check box to allow users of MyView to view the authorisation of the selected form, including contact details of authorisers involved (if the user has permission to view contact details).

Secure HTML Tags

Select this check box to strip out any code able to change the behaviour of a web page from any text entered into MyView Dashboard form fields. This includes javascript, marquees, etc. Links, text formatting and basic CSS classes are allowed.

Display Bypass SSO

This field is displayed with a valid SSOAZURE licence key. Select this check box to enable the Login with MyView Credentials link on the MyView Single Sign-On page when single sign-on is enabled via Azure Active Directory or Azure Business to Customer.

Disable Auto SSO

This field is displayed with a valid SSOAZURE licence key. Select this check box to disable the automatic single sign on (SSO) process within MyView when Azure Active Directory SSO is enabled. This should be used where there is a mixture of both AAD SSO users and those using standard MyView credentials (username and password).

Personal Profile - PDR Summary

Reverse Performance Bar

Select this check box to reverse the way performance ratings are shown in the Performance Summary bars in the Talent Team Selector view. When this check box is blank, the lowest performance rating is assumed to be the worst and the highest rating the best. If you have set your ratings up the other way round, you should select this check box to reflect this. The performance ratings are specified in the Additional Details field against narrative codes in the PSRAT narrative category.

Hierarchy Codeburst

Enable Changes

Select this check box to switch on the rebuilding of the MyView hierarchy codeburst for an employee whose record has been amended. When checked on, the MyView Hiearchy Codeburst (changes) update (MD45U44) will be triggered if an employee or their post holding record is amended in a way that affects the codeburst. This update will then rebuild the part of the codeburst relating to the employee.

Note: Please be aware, that switching this on will increase the amount of time a commit of an employees record will take. However, the advantage is that new employees and changes will appear immediately in the MyView Dashboard team selector. If this option is switched off then new starters and changes will not appear in the MyView Dashboard team selector until after the next scheduled rebuild of the codeburst.

Single Transaction

Select this check box to cause the data transfer within the Codeburst to be performed using a single transaction rather than multiple smaller transactions.

Note: While this may improve performance there is a risk that high data volumes may exceed the limitations of a single transaction resulting in a SQL error and failure.

Social Media

Enable LinkedIn

Select this check box to allow employees to enter a link to their LinkedIn profile when completing a MyView Internal Recruitment application form.

Team Selector

Click this button to display MyView Team Selector, where you can configure the details displayed in the Team Selector.

System Emails

Click this button to display Dashboard System Emails, where you can configure which system emails will be sent when certain Dashboard actions fail.

ProIV REST

Click this button to display ProIV REST Settings, where you can configure retry settings for the Team Attendance module REST service.

Company Logo

Click this button to upload a company logo to be rendered on the PDF download of payslips produced through MyPay Pro. The button will open Document Storage. The filename of the logo must be logo.jpg and only one instance of this file should be uploaded at Dashboard parameter level. If a company logo is also set at Control Group level on the Statutory Detail screen, that logo will override any set at Dashboard level and will be the one printed on the PDF. You must have a Document Storage licence key to use this functionality.

MyView App

This button is displayed if you are licensed for the MyView mobile app.

Click this button to display MyView App configuration, where you can configure the registration process and required device security for the MyView mobile app.

Notifications

This button is displayed if you are licensed for MyView notifications.

Click this button to display MyView Notification parameters where you can configure what is displayed in the MyView notifications functionality.

Widgets

Click this button to display MyView Dashboard Widgets where you can configure certain elements available in the Dashboard widgets.
