User Group Maintenance
Enables you to set up and maintain the User Groups required by your organisation. User Groups are used to determine the level of access a group of users can have to pay elements on the employee fixed pay elements screen.
Operators are linked to a User Group via their security profile. An operator can have more than one User Group, but one must be nominated as their main group.
