Security Level

You may want to restrict operators from accessing the details of employees within certain jobs. This is done by specifying a security level for each job, and then entering the maximum security level the operator can access against their Security Profiles.

For example, if the job ‘managing director’ was set to security level 8, but the HR clerk’s security profile restricted them to level 7, they could not access the MD’s details.
