Structure Grouping enables you to build or change a hierarchy that represents your organisation structure by linking, moving or removing structure units.

To access this screen, enter fast path HR45S1 and select the hierarchy.

Note: You must already have defined the structure units you require using Structure Unit Detail before you can build a hierarchy via Structure Grouping.

Note: Depending on the access specified in your security profile, you may only be able to view the first level of a hierarchy.

Effective Date

Enter the effective date of the version of the hierarchy that you want to set up or maintain, or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Hierarchy Version Selection.

Once you have entered a date, click return to display Structure Unit Grouping.
